Copyright and License Statement

Nusantara: Journal of Law and Islamic Law is an open access, peer‑reviewed journal. All articles published in this journal are made freely available online immediately upon publication and are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY‑SA 4.0).

Under this license, readers and users are permitted to:

  • Share – copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format; and

  • Adapt – remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial purposes,

provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. Attribution (BY)
    Users must give appropriate credit to the original author(s) and to Nusantara: Journal of Law and Islamic Law, provide a link to the Creative Commons license, and indicate if changes were made. Attribution should not suggest that the journal or the author(s) endorse the user or the use of the work.

  2. ShareAlike (SA)
