Siyasah Dusturiyah: State Law Review is a multidisciplinary academic journal focused on the interplay between the state, law, and society, comprehensively bridging two primary legal paradigms: Islamic Law (Siyasah) and Positive Law. The journal is dedicated to publishing empirical research, conceptual frameworks, and rigorous critical analyses encompassing public law, procedural law, private law with public policy dimensions, and contemporary legal issues, with the objective of advancing progressive, equitable, and actionable recommendations for state governance. To facilitate the continuous dissemination of scholarly discourse, the journal is published bi-monthly, releasing six issues annually in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
